Floating seats count simultaneous users, not everyone who can share them. For a quote, tell us your edition, team size, simultaneous users and network requirements.

- Launch: promotional rates are available on monthly and yearly plans for orders placed during the launch period.
- Annual renewal: 15% off the list price in effect at renewal. Monthly renewal terms are stated in your quotation.
- Launch-period prepayment: two years at 30% off per year or three years at 35% off per year; prices are fixed for the prepaid term.
- Volume: 10% off for 5–9 of the same licence or 15% off for 10–24. For floating models the discount applies to seat charges.
- Launch, renewal and prepayment discounts cannot be combined with one another. Volume discounts may be added.
Online Node-Locked and internet-connected Floating licences offer monthly or yearly billing. Displayed prices apply only to online Node-Locked licences; Floating prices are quoted separately. Prices exclude VAT. The binding price and billing terms appear in your numbered quote.

Pricing and trial notes
Paid online Node-Locked and internet-connected Floating editions offer monthly or yearly billing. Public prices shown above apply only to online Node-Locked licences. A new installation offers a 14-day Professional trial. The trial needs an initial internet connection on a physical computer and is not offered on virtual machines.
When the trial or a paid licence expires, Traxcope continues in Community mode. Existing recordings remain accessible under Community limits.
Prices exclude VAT. Traxcope is currently supplied under the applicable VAT exemption, so VAT is not charged. If the exemption ends or its conditions change, the applicable VAT will be added.
The binding price is the one stated in your numbered quotation.
